The backboard has rounded corners (radius 10 mm) and all exposed edges are sanded to a smooth radius to reduce injury risk. The unit mounts to the wall via two keyhole slots on the back panel, requiring two screws (provided with wall plugs for masonry) placed 50 cm apart. The bottom ledge features an EVA foam strip adhered to the underside to reduce vibration noise against the wall during installation, but this strip is not a structural component.
