As wood is a natural material, the grain, color, texture, and knots may differ slightly from piece to piece. This is normal and a unique characteristic of natural wood products, not a quality issue.
- Is the product difficult to install?
Most products come with installation hardware and instructions, making installation easy to complete.
We recommend mounting wall shelves on sturdy walls and adhering to the specified weight limits.

- What should I do if my order shows as “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
